Usui Holy Fire Reiki 1 & 2 classes are an introduction to the principles and techniques of Reiki healing. Learn the foundations of Reiki through a combination of discussion, lecture, and hands-on experience. On completion of level 1 & 2, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. Classes include Reiki attunements, Reiki certification, and manual: Reiki - The Healing Touch, by William Rand. Reiki 1 & 2 are intended to be taken together.

You will learn:

• The nature of Reiki energy

• The Reiki Ideals

• The complete hand placement system

• Giving Reiki to yourself

• Gassho meditation

• Byosen Scanning: Using the sensitivity in the hands to locate areas needing healing, (usually in the aura) and to treat them

• Reiji-Ho: Using inner guidance to know how and where to treat

• Kenyoku: Dry bathing, a method to purify your energy field

• Koki-ho: Using the breath to heal

• Gyoshi-ho: Sending Reiki with the eyes

• Sending Reiki at a distance

• Reiki II symbols: How to draw, activate and use them. 

• Practice time is given so students know from experience how the energy of each symbol feels and the results each symbol produces.

• Attunements for Reiki I and II are given

Location: Class will be held at the beautiful, scenic Blue Sky Retreat south of Eau Claire. The cozy farmhouse provides space for our discussions, lectures, hand’s-on practice, and Reiki attunements. We also have access to nature breaks exploring the 110-acre property, which features rolling hills, scenic hiking trails, and six gazebos with spectacular views.
